Oat Flour Honey Pancake with Turmeric Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 2 spoon of Qunol’s Liquid Turmeric
  • 1 passion fruit

Instructions:
1) Mix oat flour, milk, an egg, and baking powder in a blender.
2) Place a pan on low heat. Melt a touch of butter, pour the mix into the pan and let it cook for about 3 minutes or until all air bubbles have popped.
3) Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked all the way through.
4) Mix honey with Qunol’s liquid turmeric and a passion fruit to make the topping.
5) Pour onto pancake and Enjoy!
